Returns Policy  If goods are damaged please contact us within 24 hours by email or phone. When evidence is provided we will gladly refund the item or replace. If goods are lost in the post we follow Royal Mail procedure for the claim. Goods may be returned if they are not wanted after purchase. However we have to take a 20% fee off the original price of the item for our time and administration fees before crediting with a refund. The alternative is a credit for the item price against something else on our site.
